Titian ae is still oky sm parts of it show off its late 90s eraly 2000s age. Its well paced and well casted wich is a god send or a don bulth movies. Most of the groan induig parts seem other now that i am older and all in all it seem betetr in some spot but at on spots it seem worse. The sound track begng one f the parts were its aged the most.

I finally saw The Conjuring: is preddy gud.
The film has a great atmosphere and tension-building and the scares are well-done and rarely cheesy and the soundtrack is good and it's one of the few exorcism films I've seen that doesn't suck total dick. 9/10 would recommend.

Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters is a let-down like everyone in the world says.
It rushes itself while yelling out crucial information in single muddy lines, has very few monsters to its name, Cronus the titan gets chumped like he does in every movie, and the prophesy is pretty much guessable by anyone who realizes who the new character is. The "twist" at the end doesn't even count.
They couldn't get any of the old adult actors back, which was hilarious to say the least.
ANy older films based on Greek myths (even Percy Jackson 1) are more epic. Still, this isn't even as bad as, say, Iron Man 3.

That's pretty much right on the mark, they lowered both the star actor quotient and the CG budget for this movie.

When I was younger I was a huge fan of the Percy Jackson books and that first movie was such a horrible bastardization of the book that I felt thoroughly betrayed

Anastasia is porably the most Disney like of all the Don Bulths moviies and while it feel generic of its era the animation quality is on par with titan ae. Proving that even when half assing it don bulth can animiate. The permise is simple and most of the characters stock, musical numbers range for just plain bad to one or two outstanding ones. You can tell the singing voice for lyods Rasputin was done by none other then Jim Cummings.
so its okay its very 90s animited movie and isnt as risky as titan ae. not the worse Don Bulth movie by a long shot. 5.91/1o
