"Fairy" confirmed as new Gen 6 type. The new eevee thing is fairy and various older pokemon are going to be retconned into fairies. Clefable goes without saying, so probably also Chansey and Jigglypuff.

It's still not publicly confirmed by Nintendo, but everything else leaked from the same source has proven true to the most minute details, and it's in line with the hints they keep dropping in Japan on that "pokemon live" show.
Allegedly fairy will be weak to steel and poison, strong against fighting, dark and dragon, so actually boosting some of the coolest but under-used types and knocking some of the most popular down a peg.
If it's all true, then a Wigglytuff could demolish a Hydreigon and Sylveon would cower in terror from a Muk.
All would be right with the world.
