Alright, all my little games, while they work just fine, take too long for someone who is often gone from the forum for months at a time. This one finishes up in 3 posts!
Post 1: Design your KungFu School's curriculum and give us an explanation of it.
Post 2: Choose a student from available applicants and give some mentor advice
Post 3: Advanced Training/Missions will be available, send your student out with some instructions and see the results!
SO, in order to make post 1, here are the selections for starting your sect.
Name: Whatever you want really
Location: Town, Mountains, Cave, Forest or Tomb
Cultural Education: Music, Chess, Calligraphy, Painting, Medicine, Tea, Gardening, Poetry, Fashion, Etiquette
Life Skill Education: Blacksmithing, Hunting, Fishing, Alcohol, Cooking, Horsemanship
Body Training Focus: Hardness OR Flexibility
Fight Types: Fist, Palm, Finger, Leg, Sword, Staff, Throwing (Knives etc)
Special Restrictions: 1 Sex only, Celibate, Cloistered, Dietary Restrictions, No Alcohol, Must Wander, Vow of Poverty, Vow of Silence, Special Uniform
Keep in mind that your location and restrictions will have an affect on how many and what kind of applicants you get! Good luck!

The way of a werstling desinged to push the human body to super human potential that lies with in. The basic ways of taring involve simple very day tasks such as making tea gardening or skills like hunting while wearing weighted training gear. This insures the student gets used to heavy wight on there back, helps build mussel mass at all times and teaches spiritual patience, they must even sleep and shower with this uniform on. The second phase of training is pushing or tossing large stones while the master demonstrates new fighting/graple techniques.Every so often the stones wight will be increased. The third phase of a day's training are grappling technique practice and learning of life skills like gardening or cooking.

Ruan Bing: This young man has an imprudent expression on his beaver-like face. He's tired of people making fun of him and wants to get stronger
Gao Feng: This young man has a stunningly handsome demeanor and rarely speaks to others. You're the first school he's come across and he's interested in bettering himself and leading a quiet life

Earth School:
Ruan does well in the training. He's a bit thick and has trouble mastering some of the finer techniques, but he has a monstrous zeal towards learning. He also takes to the school's instruction, learning to control his anger and be an upright student. He has become well known in the neighboring villages for his immense strength, and the Earth School becomes known as an Orthodox Kung Fu sect. As Ruan lifts a boulder and tosses it into the distance, it becomes clear that he's ready for a mission. More dangerous missions will bring more fame for your school, and Ruan is quite capable, but how much danger should you put your student in?
Mission 1: Help provide security for local merchants traveling to Luoyang.
Mission 2: A small group of bandits has recently settled in to an abandoned temple, chase them out!
Mission 3: The young heroes tournament has begun! Newcomers to the Kung Fu world will all compete! Who will win?
Mission 4: Writings of the notorious Great Law cult, once thought destroyed, have been resurfacing, is the cult back?
(Missions are in order of difficulty, it is possible for students to die, Ruan is pretty tough though)

can there be a skeleton school with a special uniform of just a skeleton You can't make them just magic skeletons off the bat, but you could have them wear bones and make them essentially Skeletons, and there might be some possibility of transformation later. |

You hear the news from a hunter passing through your mountain, congratulating you on your student's success in catching a group of deadly bandits. When Ruan arrives, he reports back to you his successes.
"Master, I found the abandoned temple with two guards standing at the door. I knocked them aside with a well-placed boulder and tied them up. Upon entering I quickly cleared three more using the arts you taught me. Their leader seemed to have some skill, but after two rounds I defeated him as well. Afterwards I noticed a strange egg sitting near the altar next to the idol of Xuan Yu. Please take it."
A stunning success! Xuan Yu is the god of martial arts and magic, among other things, so the egg is likely a good omen. Sure enough, it hatches into a tortoise, one of the two animals associated with the god. The Earth School continues to be known as a quality Orthodox sect, and soon there are several students calling Ruan Bing "Senior Brother."

Among the martial arts of the Wibble mountains there is none equal to that of the Frog Style. Disciples of the Frog Style revere the patience and ruthlessness of the frog. Owing much of their strength to forceful intake of their own internal energy, all those who study the way of the Frog seem to bring everything around them to a standstill before they strike from their frog stance and suddenly lash out with what seems to be their entire body at once. Branch schools of the Frog adhere to different qualities of the frog, with some preferring to emulate the frog's lightning-quick tongue in their arms alone, some choosing to further that path with staffs and chains, and even more insidious paths of thought related to toxins and hypnosis.

Frog Style Applicants:
Deng Cheng: This beautiful lady is known for her outgoing personality and skill in anything she chooses to pick up. Enjoying the dangerous and unconventional, she's excited to learn the legendary frog style.
Zhang Lihua: This cold and imposing girl is strict with herself and tired of the company of others. She wants to someday become not merely a frog sect student, but the branch leader.
Sun Huang: This friendly and generous man was perhaps a bit too free spending, and is having trouble supporting himself. He wants to use frog style to further his personal success.
(Once again, you can give a focus you'd like to give them. Everyone is randomly generated and there is no balance to how awesome or sucky they might be.)

I don't believe that any of them quite understands what it means to be a frog yet. I give them the basics of frog meditation and send them off into the jungle to survive instead of the relatively cushy frog temple.

The jungle is a harsh environ, but the students persist in learning. Lihua stubbornly meditates, rarely breaking out of the trance. Cheng and Huang have a brief affair but after Cheng began meditating underwater and swallowing smaller frogs whole Huang backed off a bit. At night when the frogs croak, their voices can be heard, stubbornly pleading for more powerful techniques.
