I actually discovered these back in like 2009, but I was thinking about it again and thought I'd make a topic. These are a series of very short, surreal, and artistic games. They got some great music too (It's where I first heard Ali's Historical Theme.)
Since they're so short it won't take much longer than maybe 15 minutes to play them all, so if you like surreal weird stuff, do give them a try!
