theres a lot of ambient/drone stuff that goes for a modern plastic digital reality type aesthetic(like oneotrix point never) but that's not really what you're looking for. some noise/industrial stuff like brighter death now maybe? that might be a bit far in the low tech direction, you want like computer hacking and brain wires and things. though you posted death grips and i dont really think they sound cyberpunk at all so maybe i'm just on a different wavelength here. here are some more suggestions: bladerunner soundtrack, demdike stare. I could post more stuff but idk if i'm thinking of the same sort of things as you are.

well, death grips is mostly a shadowrun thing since they sound what I imagine what orxplotation music sounds like.
and have not had time to check out the soundtrack yet, so will report on that later and felt like oneotrix and brighter death sounded like oposite ends of the "cyberpunk" spectrum (the first a bit to light and up-beat and the other too droning) while demdike just was weird.
and more on the subject of music mentioned in the shadowrun universe is clasic rock, orxplotation, disposable techno-pop, elven folk and classic dubstep.

can't really say I have found something that fits that description, though there are some stuff from lotr on youtube.
and now realised that (if counting roxplotation as orc/troll music.) does the dwarfs in shadowrun not have a music genre of their own described in the book.
oh and bladerunner soundtrack is really awesome.

I LIVE Imagine if Tobacco's music was even more lo-fi and sounded like something from a hellish NES game, and you get > THE TV PEOPLE.< I'm in love.
