I saw this floating around tumblr and it looks neat, but I'm taking away the posting one a day thing because ain't nobody got time for that, so just answer as many as you want in one go.

28 - Snes era capcom/ nes era konami
29 - Killer 7, Monster hunter tri and Sin and punishment 2

We had an old Atari and I remember playing this a lot.

Special Agent Francis York Morgan, best ever FBI operative/video game character.

Not sure if "underrated" is the right word but I'm always astounded at the amount of people who have never played/heard of this game.
